i found the bed very comfy and appreciated the convenient light controls beside it. the separate shower and tub area helped keep the vanity dry. check-in was simple using the machines, and staff were available to assist as needed.
I found that the interaction with staff during check-in was minimal since it was mostly automated. I also was told that the concierge only makes reservations for the hotel restaurant.
